Whats up Acne!!

One thing you don't have to worry about when you're an adult is Acne! NOPE! there's a few unfortunate adults who acne wont leave their face after their teenage years are done. I'm one of those unfortunate faces. So.. why? "No apparent reason!" that's what the doctor told me, Adult acne could appear on adult's faces, shoulders and back for no apparent reason. could be absolutely anything! I don't believe that Acne appears for no reason, there must be a reason and I'm trying to find out what it is by experimenting on my own body. I tend to believe it breaks out depending on what you eat. so for the next 3 months starting this week I'm going Keto! Why Keto? cause it eliminate the 3 basic suspects, Sugar, refined oil, and grains. as well as carbs - a number of people are allergic to gluten and for some it does breakout their skin- and all those wonderful results from losing weight to mind clarity and super human energy. will it work? I have no idea! but I will keep you updated!
