Keto update _ 1st Week

If anyone thinking of starting a Keto diet, you have to know that you will be doing a lot of cooking! daily, it can be as easy as salad and omelet or as complicated as you'd like it to be. the thing you don't have to worry about is the taste! cause it taste good!! no low fat crap out there is ever a healthy choice for anyone really! full fat all the way, even if you're not dieting, but specially if you're on Keto. I'm not used to cooking in butter and adding heavy cream to my coffee, but it is fulfilling! the thing about fat.. you can't have much of it! you just can't! so aside from lovely filling meals I was less bloated with the first day and still am, didn't feel much different though, until the Brain fogginess and the muscle fatigue kicked in.. more muscle than brain for me.. I did feel tired and still do a bit, I'm waiting for the brain clarity and energy to kick in. since I'm feeling tired I know it's starting to work as the Brain and muscles are fighting for the Keto that the lever is producing. until the muscles start burning fat for energy and the Keto is all sent to the brain, I will start feeling the super energy I signed up for. that will be during week 2 hopefully. Week 2, started exercising, sleeping well, and trying to control stress and reduce it. C'mon week 2! show me some superpowers!
